I built my career in high‑stakes, high‑pressure environments, developing resilience, strategic authority, and the ability to thrive amid uncertainty. As the only woman in the boardroom, I learned to lead with a distinct, valued voice rooted in authenticity, governance, and accountability; principles shaped early in my policing career. With degrees in Human Psychology and Clinical Criminology, I later co‑founded and scaled a multi‑million‑pound oil and gas business, applying behavioural insight to drive growth. Now, I teach others how to master influence, trust, and conversion to win in sales with confidence.

Where Psychology Meets Power

Coming from one of the most cutthroat industries in the world, I learned early how to operate where the stakes are high and uncertainty is constant. You learn to sleep with one eye open, build a nervous system that can withstand discomfort, and stay proactive when everything around you is shifting. I became resilient, adaptable, and able to keep pace with whatever life or business demanded. As the only woman in the boardroom, I learned to step into a power that couldn’t be displaced; different, yes, but valued and respected.

My years in the police sector instilled a deep commitment to governance, accountability, and doing things the right way. But authenticity has always been the foundation; without it, nothing works. Together, these principles shaped my belief system and underpinned every success that followed.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Criminology, my early career centred on understanding human behaviour at its most complex. Transitioning from public service to entrepreneurship, I co‑founded and scaled a multi‑million‑pound business in the oil and gas sector. That journey showed me the immense power of applied psychology - not only for driving sales, but for building sustainable growth and meaningful, long‑term relationships.

Today, I channel all of that experience into teaching others how to do the same. I help you master the psychology of influence, trust, and conversion so you can win in sales, whether you're negotiating high‑stakes deals or building a brand that truly resonates.
